HANDS IN THE DOUGH
Cooking classes at the Terme di Frasassi hotel
The annual ANPEFSS CULTURE AND SPORT course took place from 26 to 29 October 2024
During their stay, the accredited teachers took part in various activities which
school groups participate in educational trips.
They participated in the speleological tour of the Frasassi Caves equipped with helmets and lights.
After a day of trekking along the most spectacular trails in our Sentiero area
Upon their return, del Papa and Valle Scappuccia challenged each other in a cooking competition to see who could make the best
the best tagliatelle, supported by our chef Davide who guided the rhythms of the dough
and checked that the sheets were ready for cutting.
A three-day event of fun, culture and sport.
