FIRST EDITION OF THIS "TWO DAYS" FOR BIKE LOVERS - LET'S EXPLORE TOGETHER
“It is by cycling that you learn the contours of a country best, because you have to sweat it out on the hills and coast down the descents”. – Ernest Hemingway
The desire to tell it in a "two days" dedicated to discovery stems from the love for our territory
of the Marche hinterland, with a bike route suitable even for non-experts.
We will leave from the Terme di Frasassi hotel going up towards Monte Murano which we will admire along the way
oak, beech and chestnut trees. Once at the top we will enjoy the panoramic view that extends to the Adriatic coast.
We will leave again for Genga with its medieval village and a visit to the civic museum which is located inside
a former Franciscan convent jealously guards ancient archaeological finds and fossils.
A break to recharge your batteries with energy bars and drinks, now ready to challenge the climb to the Temple of Valadier,
work of rare architectural beauty designed and built in marble, a temple that is said to have appeared to the Madonna in 1931.
Sunday morning, after having filled up on open-air beauties, we will descend into the Frasassi Caves where millions
years have created an imposing prehistoric scenery for shapes, colors and beauty.
